Hmm. I can agree to the general idea behind the document, and I must applaud the thoroughness of it. I see no loopholes for now.
However I have three concerns I would like to voice.
-I am predicting that Arkovia will change name very, very soon. This is because "Arkovia" is already taken as a name, and unless Arkovia leaders are stupid, they will most likely be forced to change the name soon enough.
-I fear that forcing any "micronations" into dissolving might give the CIFE a bad reputation. Of course, we can argue that Arkovia is not considered a micronation, since it never signed the Arundel Convention.
-Finally, my last concern is, we should probably refrain from forcing anyone to sign the Arundel Convention. This is what makes us different from Arkovia, in that we let wannabe micronations decide, in an exercise of their free will, whether they wish to sign the Arundel Convention or not. I feel this freedom is something important we should continue valuing, and which makes the difference between us and those we criticise.
I feel however that if modified, your proposed Convention could become an official procedure to deal with delinquent micronations in the future, in case a member of the Round Table decides to act in an Arkovian fashion. Basically, upon acting in an Arkovian fashion, they would agree to be bound by the consequences - the Glengormley Convention.

Hmm.
I fear that New Antrim may have come under Arkovian manipulation. This comes as a shock to Alaurentia - I suspect that the President of New Antrim might have been seduced by the promises of Arkovia and of its "Genesis Council".
This only proves how corrupting the influence of Arkovia can be.
Please beware of New Antrim messages. We must continue with our Council for Intermicronational Freedom Enforcement, and ignore those that are trying to undermine us.

I cannot ban members or prevent freedom of speech. Unless motioned to do so by the CIFE, I shall not take any actions regarding New Antrim, without the approval of the majority of the CIFE.
